I don’t have the usual before and after pictures but these pictures tell a lot. I started on the MAKE WELLNESS journey in November 2024 with Lean. I added Fit in January and added Focus in February. I really started feeling results in February and seeing results in March. I joined the team on March 31st because I believe in the products and truly want to help others feel as good as I do. I experience the same benefits everyone does with LEAN and FIT, inflammation gone, stronger, losing visceral fat inches (13.5” and 9lbs), no more cravings or hunger noise and all around not having mood swings. FOCUS has helped with staying on tasks and not flipping from one task to another before completing the first one. There’s 1 other surprise I didn’t expect, my vision has changed so much I do not need glasses, not even reading glasses. Doesn’t everyone at 72 wear glasses

Super insecure about posting but I truly am happy with the results from taking Lean, Fit, Energized on a daily for 4 weeks. Occasionally took Calm on those days where I needed it the most. Focus was rarely taken. I have a moderate exercise schedule maybe 2-3x a week, still eating what I normally eat (which consists of no candy or high sugar foods/drinks, rice, carbs, occasional fried foods - all the islander faves), and my sleep ranges from 4-7hrs. Unfortunately, I didn’t take measurements or my weight but I can definitely feel and see a difference. I’m going to start off my next 4 weeks the right way and get all the measurements so I see numbers with the results. I’ll check back in with ya’ll next month! Thanks for everything Make Wellness!
